Position: In the position as head of Development ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) you will develop and execute strategy for own area as well as influence the area’s functional strategy, including setting clear objectives and deliver results to the projects and organisation. Managing approximately 10-15 specialists and lab technicians within own scientific area, being accountable for team performance and results. </li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:14.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Apis For Office', sans-serif;color:black">Identifying needs and opportunities for overall strategic changes in the culture and organisation or in the way by which the business is positioned. </li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:14.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Apis For Office', sans-serif;color:black">Ensuring scientific expertise within Development ADME, including input to due diligence tasks. Ensuring adaptation of departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and setting direction for the department, including project responsibilities. Decisions are guided by strategic and tactical priorities and require complex analysis of situations and data.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:14.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Apis For Office', sans-serif;color:black">Driving continuous scientific and operational improvements to meet business goals. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
