This role requires a proactive individual who can independently address and negotiate with suppliers, internal teams & departments and other stakeholders and have strong quality mindset.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Your responsibilities will mainly include, but are not limited to:</span></div> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform setup, configuration, and deployment of End User Devices in line with internal procedures and quality standards and validate and test accordingly</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate and install, configure, validate, and manage releases of required software applications & Operating System, and tools to support business operations</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure configurations of Medical Equipment connected to the EUDs and support integration of peripheral devices and other equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, and other hardware) as required for operational needs</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinating with Network Team and performing required testing to ensure timely support for Firewall Configurations and other network openings</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Supporting network operations related to reservation of IPs, adding devices to network security groups and subsequent updates of the relevant network documentation</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Additionally, you will collaborate closely with System Manager in daily operational tasks and provide sufficient maintenance documentation to ensure operational availability and compliance. You will provide hands-on support to CLINiC staff during trial conduct, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them efficiently, while managing and adhering to ITSM (ServiceNow) processes for incident and change management.</span></div> <h3> </h3> <h3><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your new department</strong></span></h3> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">CLINiC is located in Gentofte, Denmark, and is dedicated to conducting early-phase clinical trials to assess the safety and efficacy of new drugs from Novo Nordisk. The Technology and Facility Management department plays a vital role in ensuring that CLINiC is equipped with the necessary technology, including EUDs, IT systems and medical equipment, to support trial conduct.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a shared commitment to innovation and excellence in clinical research.
