Your new role As Therapeutic Area Senior Manager, you will set the direction for clinical trial activities within your therapeutic area, focusing on how studies are executed, optimised, and aligned with global counterparts. Leading a team of four Project Managers, you will translate strategy into executable plans while developing the capabilities of the people around you. We work hand-in-hand with research centres, investigators and global colleagues to deliver high-quality trials that bring new therapies one step closer to patients. In this role, you will play a defining part in shaping how we run clinical research within your therapeutic area. Your skills & qualifications We are looking for an experienced people leader with a strong clinical research background and the strategic mindset to shape how we operate at therapeutic area level.
