About Position Support on developing digital patient support solutions with e-Commerce platforms, with excellent project management and collaboration with e-Commerce stakeholders 1) Responsible for patient support on the e-commerce platform to reach out and serve more users, manage and extend their DOT, and improve users’ brand affinity and satisfaction. Support the implementation and execution of all assigned projects working across multi-functional teams within NN 2) Ensure the effective execution of all assigned projects under the guidance of the project owner or line manager, including coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing daily issues.
