The Position This position is responsible for monitoring and assessing the on-going healthcare reform changes, PhaRMA and industry responses, and state-level transparency initiatives. This includes proactively identifying risk, financial modeling, providing findings and key insights to leadership, and supporting strategy development. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
