Identify cause of related defects.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Must be assertive rejecting poor Quality.</li> <li>Must maintain positive communication with Management Team, Quality, and Production associates.</li> <li>Must work with the team to ensure vacation and absence coverage.</li> <li>Must be competent using Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP.</li> <li>Must complete all inspection documentation daily. Including documentation of all checks that are performed, all issues, and First Article Inspection.</li> <li>Must quarantine non–conforming material. Must disposition Scrap and fill out required documentation.</li> <li>Must be effective with use of time to ensure all processes of manufacturing are inspected.</li> <li>Perform inspection of fabricated steel parts.</li> <li>Perform inspection of welded assemblies.</li> <li>Perform inspection of welds and placement of welds.</li> <li>Perform inspection of grind radius, surface, and edge preparation.</li> <li>Perform inspection of powder coating surfaces and thicknesses.</li> <li>Monitoring of process parameters to include equipment settings and titration.</li> <li>A primary duty is to exercise discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the quality department.</li> <li>Must be engaged and competent in EOS – MDI Boards, Accountability Tags, 5S, 5 Why’s, and Rapid Improvement Events.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
