As a Site Director at Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will be accountable for overall site performance, ensuring full execution of strategic plans and attainment of financial, operational, engineering, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. This position provides both direct and indirect leadership over a multidisciplinary team, building organizational capability aligned with the company’s long-term direction.
