Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.</span></p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">As Field Service Engineer you will be a part of our technical service team in Spain (in your assigned area), providing technical support to our local customers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">You will have an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><strong>What you will do:</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities for our equipment</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Deliver technical training both internally and externally as required</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Complete service reports accurately, noting time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes, installed base data maintenance (serial number, ink, counter value, functional location), reverse flow, billing block code, and billing request confirmation</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Promote MI service solutions to maximize customer uptime and sales growth, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Collaborate closely with the Sales team to build strong relationships and assist in achieving revenue targets</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Travel to customer sites within your assigned area, with occasional national or international travel for training and meetings</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"> <strong>What you need to have:</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Technical qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or Mechanics</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Strong interest in emerging tech and proactive continuous learning</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Prior experience with software and a strong understanding of software logic is highly advantageous</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Knowledge of Vision Cameras a plus</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ability to technically assess situations and issues, and proactively advise on solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities effectively</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Fluency in Spanish and upper-intermediate level of English</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bonus scheme</li> <li>Health &amp;
