Dover Precision Components is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our Cook Compression brand. In this role, you will lead an account management sales team (5 Territory Sales Representatives and 5 Field Support/ Drivers) in the Permian Basin with full territory covering down to Corpus Christi. Overnight travel expectation is up to 25%. This role will have direct responsibility for the sales, service and relationship building for the Cook Compression aftermarket business. The RSM will work closely with other functional areas of the business along with coordinating sales efforts with operations and Mechanical Field Services across the region’s direct sales resources. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales/US Aftermarket. We deliver critical performance solutions for rotating and reciprocating machinery across several markets, including oil & gas. professional relationships with key customers in the region within Midstream, Gas Gathering, Chemical, Petrochemical and Refining plants.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in sans-serif">Lead and mentor team of territory sales representatives and direvers, including direct supervisory efforts such as interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, and coaching. </li> <li building relationships and growing a territory within related industries of manufactured components, oil and gas, or industrial sales. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">3+ years’ experience managing a high performing Sales Team. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in
