style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide <strong>online technical consultations</strong> for corporate customers (international and local) related to <strong>EFT POS terminal networks and software solutions</strong> via Jira tickets, email, and phone</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Prepare, configure, and deliver <strong>software packages</strong> using online deployment tools</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Deliver <strong>technical support for integration projects</strong>, including ECR systems, petrol/fleet solutions, vending machines, and transportation systems</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform <strong>requirements analysis</strong>, test equipment setup, and <strong>on‑site and remote integration testing</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conduct <strong>customer training sessions</strong> on company solutions (remote and on‑site)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support customers during the <strong>UAT process</strong>, including tracking and managing issue and requirement reports</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide <strong>technical support for payment system certifications</strong> (Mastercard, Visa, etc.), including:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Software packages</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span testing</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>2+ years of hands‑on experience</strong> in technical support of desktop and client‑server
