</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Of advantage: 1–2 years of experience in diagnostics customer service, technical support, applications, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience in sales support and customer account management preferred.</li> <li>Strong understanding of diagnostic products and laboratory workflows.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
