We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Field Service Engineer</strong> to join our Customer Technical Support team in <strong>Melbourne</strong>, providing high-quality service and support to Grifols customers across Victoria region. </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What your main responsibilities will be</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Install, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain Grifols diagnostic instruments and components.</li> <li>Provide customer service via on-site visits, telephone, and digital communication.</li> <li>Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Escalate quality issues and maintain accurate inventory levels for repairs and replacements.</li> <li>Participate in after-hours support roster and respond to customer inquiries promptly.</li> <li>Collaborate with Application Specialists and other internal teams to resolve technical issues.</li> <li>Identify and recommend improvements to products and processes.</li> <li>Maintain documentation and service records in CRM systems within defined timelines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Who you are</strong></h3> <p> </p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.
