About this role
The role involves coordinating, monitoring, and reporting project activities while ensuring alignment between quality, engineering trades, and business stakeholders.
Dashboard updates using BI/BO or macro data extraction, integrated with PLM and PEPP data (PEPP or CR meetings).Weekly coordination meetings with engineering trades (ADAS, DSEE, Engines, etc.), including monitoring of PRS purchasing contracts, series follow-up, and supply parts issues.Monitoring of officializations (OCM, NFC).Business follow-up during GIMUX meetings.Codification meetings: updating tracking files and monitoring open subjects.PDD development in collaboration with Quality and engineering trades.Definition of use cases (NFC usage, product variations, emulation, and related topics). 1 to 2 years of experienceProficiency in French and EnglishMilestone and project reviews: preparation of progress summaries covering the full scope of the window project, in collaboration with the Model ManagerProject reviews with technical teams / tradesMonitoring quality results for each tool/means and tracking the resolution of blocking issuesUpdating the landing fileMonitoring modernization tools and equipmentCoordination and facilitation of meetingsOffice PLM
