In our Tech Strategy & Transformation team, no two days are the same. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take on more ownership, work closely with clients, and play a key role in shaping solutions and delivering outcomes. You have 3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing or advisory role, either in-house or in consulting. <ul> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">You understand how technology is delivered and bring a practical, commercial mindset.</li> <li>Extensive experience in delivering complex projects or programs in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment. This may include project controls, strategy and planning, process optimisation, procurement, engineering, governance, benefits realisation, and/or business case experience.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex challengesClear communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas to both working teams and senior stakeholders</li> <li>Exposure to strategy, business cases, operating models, or transformation initiatives</li> <li>Ability to own and deliver streams of work, from defining problems through to developing solutionsInterest in working on large, complex transformation programs, across both strategy and delivery</li> <li>Strong collaboration mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment</li> <li>Motivation to contribute beyond project work, including team development and building Deloitte’s practice</li> </ul> Why Deloitte?
