What will your typical day look like? Across advisory, assurance and regulatory engagements, you'll lead work across market risk, liquidity risk, capital management, stress testing and Treasury risk management. That could mean overseeing reviews of frameworks and controls, shaping client recommendations, or guiding responses to evolving prudential requirements with clear, practical advice. Your work will help major banking and financial services organisations make confident decisions about capital adequacy, liquidity management, recovery planning and risk appetite. You'll bring structure to complex problems, develop insights for senior management, Boards and Risk Committees, and help clients strengthen resilience while meeting regulatory expectations. Alongside delivery, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance and Audit, building trusted relationships and helping teams deliver quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment. You'll also support more junior team members, sharing your experience and helping shape how work gets done. About the team Our Treasury & Risk team, previously known as Treasury & Capital Markets, sits within Deloitte's broader Assurance business. The team works with leading banking and financial services organisations across market risk, capital management, liquidity risk, Treasury, stress testing and prudential risk management, combining deep technical expertise with practical industry experience to help clients manage complexity and improve business outcomes. Enough about us, let's talk about you You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences: <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Experience leading work across market risk, liquidity risk, capital management, Treasury risk, stress testing, or broader financial risk management </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Strong experience in a bank, financial institution, regulator, or professional services environment </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Deep understanding of banking products, financial markets and Treasury </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Experience in a Treasury, Risk Management, Capital Management, ALM, Market Risk, or Liquidity Risk function </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Knowledge of prudential regulation and financial risk management frameworks </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and challenge complex risk information </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> Confidence communicating technical concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to manage delivery across a broad mix of risk and advisory engagements </li> </ul> Why Deloitte?
