Your key responsibility is to ensure Deloitte continues to build long term, successful relationships with our SAP SuccessFactors clients. As a Specialist Director, you are responsible for customer success and continue to oversee current engagements. While you may have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors software, you will need to bring a history of establishing successful client relationships and a background in account management, sales and/or project management. Additionally, you will have the following: Specialist knowledge of the HCM/and or Cloud Services marketplace and related products, customers and partners, coupled with strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of information technology practice management and account management processes. <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Specialised in SF Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">10+ years of project management experience with the public sector clients.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrable experience in managing client priorities and effective stakeholder management.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Exposure to UKG Dimensions, Oracle and other HR/ERP software and services is an advantage.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of CRM tools.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">10+ years of experience in information technology, systems integration, consulting or development.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Financial literacy to manage project budgets and invoicing.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Tertiary degree in IT or Project Management preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Exposure to project management desirable, e.g. this could be across project implementation and/or systems integration project management.</li> </ul> About the team We are collaborative.
