What will your typical day look like? <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> The role is responsible for leading end-to-end UKG Pro WFM net new implementation and migration projects, managing delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and deployment readiness. </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> This is a highly client-facing and hands-on delivery role, accountable for driving project momentum, coordinating multi-disciplinary project resources, managing cross-functional dependencies, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring teams remain aligned to agreed timelines, quality outcomes, and commercial objectives across all phases of the project lifecycle. </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and attention to detail. </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Responsibilities include maintaining integrated project plans, managing RAID items, overseeing financial tracking and forecasting, coordinating consultant allocations and delivery activities, facilitating governance forums, and providing clear executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication. </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">In addition to project delivery, the role contributes to the ongoing uplift of the UKG practice through coaching and mentoring team members, supporting delivery standardisation, and developing repeatable implementation approaches and assets.</li> </ul> Purpose & Impact Our work combines technology, business insight and practical delivery to help organisations transform how they manage and support their workforce. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in HR Project Management, you’ll need to bring an energy for consulting in a client-facing environment.
