We are looking for people with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll skills in the Senior Specialist Lead level in our practice. As a SAP EC Payroll professional, your day to day you might be: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Consulting with the client, designing and building Payroll solutions.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Lead or participate in workshops with business owners to gather requirements or validate solution.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Managing client expectations on deliverables and timelines.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Project documentation including requirements, configuration and user guides.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Facilitate training sessions for end-users or HR teams to help them understand the system.</li> </ul> About the team The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG Dimensions and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support. You will have the following: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">A minimum 7 years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation in a Lead position.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge and understanding of Australian payroll is non-negotiable.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on configuration knowledge in SAP EC Payroll is essential. Time & Leave, Payroll-Finance Integration configuration and Technical knowledge (ABAP) would be an advantage.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Project experience in implementation is imperative with proven experience in employee lifecycle implementation.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Data migration experience would be beneficial.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Professional mindset and behaviour – be responsible and responsive.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Interacting and engaging effectively through workshops and meetings with the different stakeholders and team members to deliver a world class HR Transformation solution.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong level of experience in gathering, assessing and developing the requirements from business owners.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Customer service focused and problem-solving approach.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">An excellent communicator who is able to convey system configurations to a business language which can be understood by the business users.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new functionalities, adapt to a client’s changing needs and project scopes.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">A team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Analytical mindset that is able to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time.</li> </ul> <div> Why Deloitte? </div> <div> At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
