What we do The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support. Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. What you will do As a key member of our Finance Business Unit, you will: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations in Public and Private Cloud environments.</li> <li>Manage the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Including changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined;</li> <li>Manage all phases of the implementation of S/4HANA Finance or SAP FS-CD (optionally);</li> <li>Identify high-level risks on the projects, assumptions, and constraints; implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project;</li> <li>Lead and assist in business development initiatives along with supporting the development of the Business Unit's strategy;</li> <li>Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening msg global's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients’ challenges;</li> <li>Develop your knowledge and extend project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions;</li> </ul> What we are looking for <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on core modules of S4/HANA Finance (including FI-CO, FI-AM, FI-GL, FI-AR, and FI-AP);</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, accounting, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience;</li> <li>Extensive work experience in SAP implementations;</li> <li>Experience in managing senior-level client relationships along with upselling and cross-selling experience;</li> <li>Experience with the presales process, answering RFP, and creation of customer proposals;</li> <li>Experience in managing teams along with excellent interpersonal skills;</li> <li>Excellent customer-facing skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li> <li>Excellent presentation and time-management skills;</li> <li>Business and financial acumen along with a strong and structured analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills;</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and in writing);</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 75%;</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Expertise in other SAP modules like SAP FI-CA or FS-CD;</li> <li>Expertise in the consolidation process using SAP BPC.</li> <li>Working experience in one or more of the following industries: finance, insurance, or reinsurance, either as a consultant or company employee;</li> <li>Master's degree or MBA (preferably in finance, accounting, computer science, business analytics) or related field;</li> <li>Relevant SAP certifications;</li> <li>Technical Programming skills (ABAP);</li> <li>Familiarity with SCRUM and ASAP project methodologies.</li> </ul> What we offer <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>A place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished</li> <li>A global team of highly respected SAP and industry experts where you can make a difference</li> <li>The chance to be a part of a continuously growing business</li> <li>Competitive package and a broad range of benefits which are highlighted below</li> <li>This is a full-time employment opportunity, not a freelance or contract-based position.
