YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You lead end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition projects, from conception through implementation and measurementYou develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategiesYou design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new TA processes, tools, and ways of workingYou partner with regional TA leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverablesYou monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable transformation across the organizationYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Project Management Experience You have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within budgetHR & Talent Acquisition Background You bring a solid understanding of recruitment processes, challenges, and best practices, with hands-on experience in the TA or HRCollaboration and Influencing Skills You excel at building relationships across organizational boundaries, influencing without authority, and facilitating consensus among diverse stakeholder groupsChange Management Expertise You know how to drive adoption of new processes and tools and you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environmentsOrganizational Excellence You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, and are capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality standardsLanguage Skills You communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) at a business level and can navigate conversations with global stakeholdersWHAT WE OFFER
