This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Comecer SpA (Italy), and Comecer Inc. teams in North America, ensuring successful project execution from purchase order through final acceptance.</p> <p>You’ll lead on-site project activities, manage schedules and budgets, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires frequent and extended on-site presence at customer locations throughout North America.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Site & Project Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and commissioning activities to meet project deadlines.</li> <li>Manage budgets, cost tracking, progress reporting, and contract documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate all North American project commitments in alignment with Comecer SpA.</li> <li>Support SAT, IQ/OQ, validation, and both warranty and non-warranty service needs.</li> <li>Maintain strong customer communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Prepare quotations and assist with pre-order meetings as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate travel for Comecer and ATS personnel.</li> <li>Travel frequently, including extended on-site support.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Risk, Planning & Financial Oversight</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.</li> <li>Manage project schedules, resources, and labor/material budgets.</li> <li>Ensure timely billing, milestone documentation, and customer approvals (FAT, SAT, etc.).</li> <li>Provide accurate financial and resource forecasting and escalate issues when needed.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Team Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead regular team communication and maintain high morale within the installation team.</li> <li>Mentor employees and provide post-project feedback.</li> <li>Ensure project teams follow all internal Comecer processes and procedures.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Customer Relationship Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as the customer advocate and primary point of contact.</li> <li>Handle concerns proactively and escalate when appropriate.</li> <li>Partner with Account Managers and Sales Engineering on customer needs and quotations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Change Management & Compliance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Track contract changes and support preparation of Change Order Requests (CORs).</li> <li>Ensure no customer-requested changes proceed without agreement.</li> <li>Uphold Comecer and ATS ethical standards and Code of Business Conduct.</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b></b></H2> </div><div><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Nuclear Medicine, Microbiology, or related field </li> <li>5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience</li> <li>PMP certification preferred.</li> <li>Experience with PKO meetings and Project Execution Planning.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills under pressure and tight deadlines.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process driven.</li> <li>Fluency in English (Italian language skills a plus).</li> <li>CRM experience and strong understanding of customer documentation requirements.</li> <li>Excellent time‑management and ability to manage multiple complex projects.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.</li> <li>Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and developing labor/material estimates.</li> <li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally within 30 days of hire; must be eligible to drive.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
