Main tasks:
Collection of documents and packages from customsDelivery of packages and documents based on the bill to all departmentsPreparation of ICO transport documents, penitentiary, external warehousePreparation of AWB transport documents for courier transportsCreate UIT number for deliveryes Daily delivery of sets of documents prepared by the documents clerk at Customer LogisticsPerforms any other task assigned by the direct superiorRespect the working hours. Comply with the provisions of the Internal Order Regulation and the Collective Labor Agreement;Comply with the work protection, environmental, and PSI instructions and carry out the related periodic training University studies in progress (bachelor/master);Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;English language - intermediate/advanced level;Communicative and detail-oriented person;Willingness to work 8h/day, morning schedule.
