You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance. sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or related).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including supervisory or management roles.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong background in: <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manufacturing
