You will lead by example on the production floor, providing hands-on support while developing team capabilities, maintaining compliance, and driving operational efficiency. celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Complete lot acceptance activities for assigned production team cell (QOP-0004 minimum).</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate as an active member of the production cell team and assemble/inspect products as required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate in the interview of new personnel process.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed, understood, and meet all quality requirements, as well as are current released revision, this includes MOP/SOP/QOP, drawings/specifications and WOR’s as required. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide feedback and input to Manufacturing Supervisor on employee performance and any disciplinary issues</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work as a leader of special or ongoing projects that are critical to the assigned cell as improvements or AER/CAPA activities.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide the team with a vision of the project/team objectives (road map).</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Facilitate problem solving and collaboration within assigned team and with internal customer/departments while striving for consensus.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarize the team with customer needs, specifications, design standard, sans-serif">Identify capacity constraints for equipment/personnel for assigned products – provide possible solutions.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, style="line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Be responsible for team-members performance, attendance, yields, and management of OT and conducting performance
