<p> </p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As a Production Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving safe and efficient operation of process units and blending activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Safely operate industrial equipment using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. </li> <li>Execute batch processing using manual operations and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). </li> <li>Operate blending units as per approved batch sheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs). </li> <li>Perform raw material charging, synthesis, blending, sampling, and product transfer. </li> <li>Ensure correct formulation, sequence, and process parameters. </li> <li>Handle loading and unloading of tankers, drums, and containers safely. </li> <li>Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions. </li> <li>Record batch data and update SAP/production systems accurately. </li> <li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for release activities. </li> <li>Report non-conformances and support root cause analysis. </li> <li>Perform minor maintenance such as leak checks and oil top-ups. </li> <li>Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards. </li> <li>Execute work permits and ensure safe isolation. </li> <li>Participate in HAZOP, JSA, and emergency response activities. </li> <li>Track production data and suggest process improvements. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering. </li> <li>1–5 years of experience in chemical/process industry (preferably blending). </li> <li>Knowledge of MSDS and safety procedures. </li> <li>Experience with DCS and plant equipment. </li> <li>Awareness of safety and environmental practices. </li> <li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. </li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Basic computer skills including SAP. </li> <li>Ability to work independently and drive improvements. </li> </ul>
