The HSES Specialist will be highly involved with training, development and maintenance of the site Safety Management System to promote continuous improvement in safety performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with all existing and future applicable laws and regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ), the Occupational Safety and Health Organization (OSHA) and Lubrizol standards and policies.</span></li> <li sans-serif">Provide technical support and training to plant personnel regarding HSES regulations and standards.</span></li> <li sans-serif">Leading hazard assessment activities that include safety inspections, investigations, industrial hygiene surveys and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).</span></li> <li sans-serif">Maintaining, updating and ensuring compliance with site safety processes that include hazard communications, confined space entry, hot work, lockout/tagout, and working at sans-serif">Interface with government agencies and the public on environmental matters and requirements related to operations at the facility.</span></li> <li
