How You’ll Make an Impact As PCG Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, managing customers, accounts and distributors (existing as well as potential in Northern and Eastern of China mainly), developing profitable new business opportunities in North and East of China and ensuring projects commercialization conversion rate. Responsible of meeting AOP, and keep growth the business align with PCG strategy and trajectory. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and implement account plans that well aligned with business strategy for customers in marketing segments of Industrial coating, Printing ink, Specialty Paper and Textile;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare Customer Impact Statements for responsible customers and maintain the plan with value selling mind set.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Grow and manage the business for assigned accounts and territories with strong CRM new opportunity pipeline;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Grow & manage distributors and key accounts, build exceptional customer relationship;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support growth initiatives and introduction of new products for the business;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop, negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage local agent representation as a support role in joint sales calls, also provide direction, training, competitive information and general market knowledge;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To establish and maintain relationship with key processors, and any other key players in the identified market segments, and assist marketing manager for the development of these segments;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Timely communicate key issues with stakeholders within Performance Coating organization;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Handle administrative requirements, such as call reports, sales forecasting and expense reports, timely and accurately;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Actively participate in trade shows, conferences and regional meetings;</li> </ul> Required Qualifications that Enables Your Success <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or polymer related field;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5~10 years’ experiences in chemistry industry is required. Polymer industry is preferred;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strategic thinking, good listening and communication skills;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good command of English in written and oral communication;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understand and demonstrated successes in implementing value selling;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good negotiation skills;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Sound business analysis and financial skills;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Able to be flexible and adaptable to handle uncertainly inherent to dynamic business conditions;</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Willing/Able to travel up to min. 50% of time;</li> </ul>Lubrizol: Imagined for Life.
