The Role Reporting to the Vice President of Lubrizol Engineered Materials Technology, the Sr. Technical Manager for APAC has the responsibility and accountability for the APAC technology organization supporting the Engineered Polymers and Medical Solutions business. The role is accountable for driving innovation, accelerating commercialization, managing technology budget, stage gate processes, Intellectual Property, and achieving innovation project portfolio targets. The role requires alignment of technical projects with the business strategy, and to ensure business needs are prioritized and global platforms are executed effectively.
