ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Business Manager will lead Lubrizol Life Science (LLS) businesses in Korea, including beauty care, home care, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical segments. Based in Seoul, this role is fully accountable for commercial performance, encompassing revenue growth, profitability, customer engagement, distributor and key account management, and new business development. This role is expected to act as the business owner for Korea, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and strategic insight to proactively identify market unmet needs, emerging customer demands, and future industry trends. The Business Manager will translate these insights into clear growth priorities and actionable strategies. The position will lead the Korea commercial organization and work closely with regional and global cross‑functional teams to shape and execute sustainable growth strategies, enhance profitability, and further elevate Lubrizol’s market position in Korea. build organizational capabilities, strengthen strategic and customer‑centric thinking, and sustain a high‑performing, engaged, and motivated team.</li> <li style="line-height:150%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Champion an accountable, performance‑driven culture while role‑modeling Lubrizol’s core values and leadership behaviors across the Korea organization.</li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Bachelor’s degree in business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline; advanced degree is a plus.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Strong knowledge of the beauty, personal care, home care, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical ingredient markets in Korea;
