The person ensures the business takes a consistent and logical approach managing product portfolio, product complexity, pricing methodology, asset strategy, product safety and regulation across business segments and regions, through close collaboration and alignment with all key functions including sales, strategic marketing, supply chain, operation, and procurement. communication and drive continuous improvement mindset.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Execute and implement changes to ensure products are complaint with university, finance or engineering degree preferred.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 10-15 years of experience in operations, product management, strategic marketing or business management.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong business and financial acumen and analytical capability, and can coach and train team to use economic analysis to drive data-based decision making. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to use problem solving framework to conduct RCA and develop corrective actions and coach the team to do the same.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong communicator, ability to lead through influence
