You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. The HSES Manager sets the direction and drives the execution of a safety culture within the Institutional business in collaboration with the senior leaders of the business, the region and the corporate HSES leaders. This is a sole contributor role that will report directly to the Sr. plant Manager, functionally coordinating with divisional leadership. The successful candidate will be a self-starting leader who enjoys the challenges of daily involvement with the site team. with the Global HSES Manager, implements HSES programs, consistent with the system for the Franklin site.</li> <li manages environmental regulatory permits for the Franklin site.</li> <li environmental management and compliance or equivalent experience.</li> <li requirements as well as manufacturing & ergonomics experience.</li> <li
