This role ensures seamless integration between sales, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations while driving business process improvements.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><p>Operational Responsibilities</p> <p>SD Module Configuration:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Configure Sales Documents (Order Types, Item Categories, Schedule Lines).</li> <li>Design Pricing Procedures (Condition Tables, Access Sequences, Rebates).</li> <li>Implement Billing Documents (Invoice Types, Output Determination, Tax Jurisdiction Codes).</li> <li>Set up Shipping & Delivery (Shipping Points, Routes, Picking/Packing).</li> <li>Configure Credit Management (Risk Categories, Automatic Credit Checks).</li> </ul> <p>MM Module Configuration:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Configure Purchasing (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Source Lists).</li> <li>Implement Inventory Management (Goods Receipt/Issue, Stock Transfers, Reservations).</li> <li>Design Material Master (Views, MRP Types, Valuation Classes, Batch Management).</li> <li>Set up Invoice Verification (MIRO, GR/IR Clearing, Automatic Account Assignment).</li> </ul> <p>Process Design & Integration:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Design Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.</li> <li>Implement Third-Party/Intercompany Sales, Consignment, Subcontracting.</li> <li>Configure EDI/IDoc interfaces for orders (ORDERS), invoices (INVOIC), and deliveries (DESADV).</li> <li>Ensure material valuation (Moving Average Price, Standard Price) aligns with FI.</li> </ul> <p>Testing & Support:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop test scripts for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.</li> <li>Troubleshoot pricing errors, delivery blocks, invoice mismatches.</li> <li>Resolve MRP/availability check issues and purchase order discrepancies.</li> </ul> <p>Enhancements & Upgrades:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Write Functional Specifications (FS) for custom reports (e.g., Sales Analysis, Stock Aging).</li> <li>Support S/4HANA migration (e.g., New Pricing, BRF+, Fiori Apps).</li> <li>Optimize batch jobs for mass data processing.</li> </ul> <p>Customer:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to gather requirements.</li> <li>Train end-users on SD/MM transactions and best practices.</li> <li>Address day-to-day operational issues (e.g., order blocks, GR/IR clearing)</li> </ul> <p>People:</p> <ul> <li>Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration.</li> <li>Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive process improvements.</li> </ul> <p>Cross-functional Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Guide junior consultants and business users.</li> <li>Collaborate with FICO, and logistics teams.</li> </ul> <p>Financial</p> <p>• Ensure accurate revenue reporting and billing compliance.</p> <p>• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.</p> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <p>• Work with MM for availability checks and inventory management.</p> <p>• Coordinate with FICO for billing and revenue accounting.</p> <p>• Liaise with CRM teams for customer data alignment.</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, and Security teams for technical solutions.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements -
