Por isso, estamos sempre em busca de mentes curiosas que se veem imaginando o inimaginável conosco. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p><p><strong>Your role: </strong></p> <p>Incident/Change/Problem Management: Utilizing your ITIL knowledge and experience in incident, change, and problem management to effectively handle and resolve Linux-related issues and provide timely solutions.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Patching and Vulnerability Management:</strong> Implementing and maintaining a comprehensive patch management system and fixing security vulnerabilities in the Linux/Unix environment.</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure Design:</strong> Designing and implementing high availability solutions using technologies such as pacemaker. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and resilience of the Linux infrastructure.</li> <li><strong>Virtualization Management:</strong> Familiarity with different virtualization engines like VMware and KVM and leveraging them to optimize resources and improve scalability.</li> <li><strong>Configuration Management: </strong>Working with tools such as SUSE Manager, Red Hat Satellite, LDAP, Samba, DNS, and mail server configuration to manage and maintain the Linux environment efficiently.</li> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, collaborating with complex and international remote teams, and ensuring successful project execution within timelines.</li> <li><strong>Shift Work:</strong> Working in a rotational shift environment, including 24/7 support, to provide continuous support and maintain service availability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor's degree in:</strong> Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.</li> <li><strong>Previous experience with:</strong> Strong expertise in SUSE Linux and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and experience with AIX, which will be an advantage.</li> <li>Proficiency in designing and implementing high availability solutions using technologies like pacemaker and PowerHA.</li> <li>Familiarity with virtualization engines such as VMware and KVM.</li> <li>Experience working with configuration management tools like SUSE Manager, Red Hat Satellite, LDAP, Samba, DNS, and mail server configuration.</li> <li>Experience with any scripting language (Bash, Shell) and automation platforms like Salt stack / Ansible/ python is highly desired.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in complex and global remote teams and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Hybrid Working Model, that includes both remote and on-site work at the base location in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro</li> <li><strong>English proficiency is mandatory, this professional will have international reports to India, USA and Europe</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>O que oferecemos:</strong> Somos mentes curiosas que vêm de uma ampla gama de origens, perspectivas e experiências de vida.
