Your Role At the intersection of precision engineering and scientific innovation, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape the next generation of advanced equipment that powers breakthroughs in semiconductor and thin-film technologies. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as a recognized technical authority, driving end-to-end design and development of complex equipment, mechanical subsystems, and fixtures — from early research and development concepts through to production readiness. You will independently identify technical challenges, deliver designs that meet industry standards and safety codes, own Bills of Materials and Engineering Change Order releases, and guide architectural decisions for high-temperature, vacuum, and thin-film processing systems. Acting as a senior advisor, you will mentor peers and contribute technical direction across cross-functional teams. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
