Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p><p><strong>Tu Rol</strong></p> <p>Apoyo en el mantenimiento del sistema documentario (registros, formatos, trazabilidad de guías/comprobantes, etc).<br>Apoyo en el seguimiento a los despachos en Lima y provincia.<br>Apoyo en la actualización de documentos como procedimientos, instructivos, manuales, etc.<br>Soporte para la gestión de rutas de transporte.Soporte para la gestión de recursos para la ejecución de las operaciones.<br>Entrenamiento a transportistas.<br>Apoyo en los procesos de ingreso en el sistema SAP.<br>Apoyo en el procesamiento de devoluciones en SAP.<br>Apoyo en el procesamiento de baja de productos deteriorados y/o vencidos en SAP.<br>Apoyo en los procesos de inventarios cíclicos y generales.<br>Apoyo en la elaboración de KPIs de gestión.<br>Apoyo en realizar transferencias en SAP.<br>Apoyo en realizar el monitoreo de las operaciones al 3PL.<br>Generación de dashboards para indicadores operativos<br>Elaboración de reportes mensuales de operaciones</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>¿Quien eres?</strong></p> <p>Estudiante a partir de 7mo ciclo de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y carreras afines<br>Conocimiento: Office, Excel intermedio (tablas dinamicas, formulas busqueda, cruces datos e información), manejo de base de datos y Power BI (basico- intermedio)<br>Inglés Básico Intermedio (lecto escritura)</p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>What we offer:</strong> We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
