Who You Are A strategic, credible, and hands-on HR leader with strong business acumen, leadership capability, and deep understanding of the people implications of operating in a global semiconductor business. You bring strong experience in labor relations, HR operations, and country HR leadership, combined with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in a complex matrix environment. Hybrid Travel: <15%; International and Domestic Pay range for this position: $177,600.00 - $266,400.00 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
