You will maintain and enhance the Maintenance Management System, oversee technical documentation, maintenance routines, scheduling, and spare parts management, and manage the maintenance budget with controls on expenses and CAPEX costs. You will drive cost-control initiatives while fostering high team performance and development through collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will provide technical support across systems, optimize maintenance programs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This includes analyzing maintenance data, preparing reports, managing vendor relationships, and leading safety programs to maintain an injury-free workplace, with responsibilities to support the Reliability Program as needed. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
