Your Role: The Principal Development Engineer leads hands-on development and technical stewardship of MilliporeSigma’s Single-Use Life Science film solutions. You will drive innovation across multi-layer film technologies, oversee process development from concept to scale-up, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing efficiency. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
