Duties will be focused on quality system development and maintenance activities, including supplier and material qualification, approval and change management. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"> <strong> Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelors Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, Mathematics or other Life Science, Engineering, or Business discipline and 1+ years of work experience in a quality role.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">OR</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of work experience in a quality role.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience in 21CFR117.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience in Supplier Quality Management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong leadership skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong communication skills, oral and written.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong computer skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with ISO Quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Life science, Chemical, Food Industry, or Healthcare industry experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with SAP, TrackWise, Document Control Systems, and Microsoft Office.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Pay Range for this position: $26 - $46 / hour</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
