Your Role: In this role, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Provide on-site treatment for occupational injuries/illnesses, offer personal medical consultations, support the Medical Emergency Response Team, and deliver general safety training (First Aid/CPR/AED).</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Manage the end-to-end workplace injury program, coordinate the return-to-work process, track medical rehabilitation, and maintain direct communication with legal, insurance, and supervisory teams.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Certify and manage job-specific medical clearances (including respirators, forklift vision, and DOT driver qualifications) while conducting health assessments for changes in employee work ability.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Oversee mandated medical monitoring, required lab work, COVID-19 testing, and pre-employment or for-cause substance abuse screening programs.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Maintain highly accurate, confidential employee health charts, medical histories, work restrictions, disability records, and regulatory injury/illness logs.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Act as the primary liaison between the company and local health service providers, county medical directors, and community resources.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Manage and maintain all on-site first aid equipment, medical supplies, the examination room, remote first aid boxes, and oxygen tank testing.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Drive company wellness initiatives (such as flu shots, travel immunizations, and blood drives), provide employee counseling with EAP referrals, and support local Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) campaigns.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Normal work hours are flexible, Monday through Friday, with some occasional off-shift hours to conduct medical monitoring, training activities, or employee consultations.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.</li> </ul> Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in nursing.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">2+ years’ of nursing experience.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">National Registry Licensed in any of the following: EMR, EMT, AEMR, or Paramedic.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with Microsoft Office.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">COHN (Certified Occupational Health Nurse).</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Spirometry Approved Screener.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">ACLS Certified.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">CPR Instructor.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">FEMA Trained.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong computer skills and troubleshooting skills.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong organizational skills and project management skills.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong communication skills oral and written.</li> </ul> RSREMD Pay Range for this position - $67,700/yr- $121,400yr. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
