You will guide your team through regular feedback and performance reviews while taking charge of high-risk customer negotiations. By analyzing key performance indicators and dispute trends, you will actively shape strategies to minimize past-due accounts. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales and Finance to resolve complex issues and ensure strict compliance with internal controls. Additionally, you will champion continuous improvement by participating in digital automation initiatives.
