That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p><p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Your role：</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Optimize inventory structure according to annual business strategy and target to keep the balance between demand and supply, including slow moving inventory reduction.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Continuously improvement of the information flow from sales forecast, demand planning, material planning, order handling, approach a transparent and efficient E2E supply chain information flow.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Organize regular supply meeting across departments about demand and supply status, deviation analysis and potential risks with solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Optimize the supply chain process to ensure the smooth connection between upstream and downstream to build up a systematization, standardization and digitalization platform.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Supply chain optimization projects management (i.e., digital supply chain, supply network setup and improvement, supplier management, transportation optimization).</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Department KPI tracking with solid analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Other tasks required by line manager.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensure procedures are built and processed abiding by company‘s Quality and ESH requirement.</span></li> </ul> <p>Who you are：</p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor degree, above 5-year experiences of planning, inventory management and logistics projects management in industry manufacturing. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">5+ years planning or equivalent experience in Supply Chain.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">amiliar with each section of supply chain business, those with relevant Power BI or digital experience are preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Clear logic, good communication and coordination, perform under pressure, outward mindset with innovative thinking, strong teamwork spirit.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Familiar with excel, ppt and other Microsoft office software, higher sensitivity to data and making reports.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">luent in English and familiar with SAP.</span></li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>What we offer: </strong>We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
