Your role: Primary accountabilities functions: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of established products across multiple specs—covering forecasting, positioning, promotion, and KPI execution—to sustain market leadership.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Market Insight & Execution: Drive market and competitive analysis to build and execute “battle-grade” plans (brand, education, promotions) that deliver precision investment and measurable impact.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to optimize resources, accelerate execution, and improve market coverage and sales effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Data-Driven Performance: Monitor key business metrics and leverage data insights to dynamically adjust strategies and ensure target achievement.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">New & Existing Product Synergy: Align with new product launches to coordinate joint promotion strategies and maximize overall business growth.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Stakeholder Perception Management:Shape external customer perceptions while ensuring consistent, professional, and timely market messaging</li> </ul> Who you are: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor degree above, medicine or pharmacy area would be preferred</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Product Lifecycle Expertise: Possess solid experience in managing the full lifecycle of mature products, with the ability to independently oversee sales forecasting, market positioning, promotion strategy, and KPI execution across multiple product specifications.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Market Execution & Strategic Planning: Proficient in practical market execution tactics. Demonstrated ability to conduct market and competitive landscape analysis, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans (including brand education, promotional campaigns, etc.).</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Core Competencies: Strong cross-functional collaboration and resource integration skills, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
