Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, cost savings, and compliance with company standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories/products.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers/vendors.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Issue and manage RFQs/RFPs; analyze quotations from commercial and technical perspectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and contract terms with vendors.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, planning, operations) to align sourcing requirements and ensure project success.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Maintain sourcing trackers, cost sheets, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Drive cost-saving initiatives and deliver measurable value improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Conduct supplier performance reviews; address and resolve supply-related issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensure timely delivery and adherence to company standards and policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support supplier audits, sampling, and qualification processes as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Execute sourcing activities within SAP/ERP or equivalent systems (POs, vendor master data, and related workflows).</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Who You are:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and bid analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Familiarity with supplier audit, qualification, and performance measurement methodologies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Proficiency with SAP/ERP or similar procurement platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Systems and Tools</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">SAP/ERP (or equivalent procurement platform) for purchase orders, vendor master data, and sourcing workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Spreadsheets and procurement documentation tools for cost tracking and reporting.<br><br></span></li> </ul><p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"><strong>What we offer:</strong> We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
