External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role: The Bellefonte, Pennsylvania site is within the Chemistry division of MilliporeSigma Life Science. Our products are consumables used in hospitals, food testing, academia and other research laboratories. As a member of this team, you will support the site by overseeing day-to-day maintenance and engineering program implementations, reporting directly to the Site Director. As the Head of Maintenance and Engineering, you will play a vital role in the site leadership team, managing the maintenance and engineering functions at the Bellefonte site. You will be responsible for delivering capital projects on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on mechanical integrity and process safety programs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in maintenance planning and reliability within a manufacturing environment. You will serve as the primary technical support for facilities maintenance, process engineering, building and grounds upkeep and the calibration of non-laboratory equipment. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
