consultancy firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Kearney, KPMG, PWC, Accenture, Deloitte), preferably within Financial Advisory / Debt Advisory / Capital Markets</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven track record in the execution of debt transactions, with exposure to private debt funds</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience or exposure to synthetic structures and credit risk transfer
