The scope of the project includes Alstom Railway Systems (RSY) and Electra Civil and MEP systems, as those systems are responsible for the design and provide the RSY equipment to be maintained for 25 years.</span></p> <ul style="margin-top:6.0pt"> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Representative for all aspects of the preparation, performance, follow up of the ILS topics.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Responsible for preparing plans, to deliver appropriate maintenance documents, refurbishment or replacement of asset information (according to ILS requirements matrix)</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Produce and monitor the Green Line Project ILS deliverables such as:</span> <ul style="list-style-type:square;margin-top:6.0pt"> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Calculate, analyse and prepare the Spare Parts Lists and the PHST data (Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation) in order to support the design of </span><span style="color:windowtext">the maintenance plans.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Analyse the needs and requirements to define the Special Tools Lists,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Prepare the Training Materials based on the technical documentation available,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Gather all data from the suppliers and subsystems to write the Operation & Maintenance Manuals to meet the contractual requirements and ensure coherence with the project document format across the subsystems,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Prepare and define the Maintenance Plans based on suppliers’ recommendations,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Analyse the Maintainability Studies to ensure the RAMS targets are reached.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Review the ILS documentation produced by our partners as an ILS Consortium representative,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">On the basis of the Contract requirements, maintain/update the management plans, processes, procedures, methods, and any other elements necessary for proper management of ILS throughout the entire duration of the Contract,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Be consistent with ILS processes implemented on the project ILS Management Plan, Asset database, MMIS, Planned dates, Obsolescence, etc.,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Interface with RAMS teams regarding maintainability, FMECA and common topics,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Support the development and review of LCC and Technical Manuals reports for the portion related to Spare Parts and Consumables,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Interface with project entities in order to obtain data in the required format,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Manage data validity process and population KPIs,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Managing interface with BIM & GIS teams and IT systems regarding data,</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Defining the labelling process and plans (stickers, content, process, etc.),</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:navy"><span style="color:windowtext">Ensuring that the asset database is
