You will be responsible for providing general day-to-day 2nd line operational support to end-users, related to Lundbeck Microsoft M365 services and platform. Your role will cover advisory about optimal use of Lundbeck Microsoft services including technical understanding of the platform, data structure and integrations. In-depth knowledge of the MS365 solution will enable you to participate in various projects and platform-related initiatives. We also look forward to your contribution in identifying and driving the implementation of any improvements that help maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of support activities, in collaboration with Solution Architects and Digital Enablement stakeholders.
