Requisition Id 16615 Overview: The ORNL Research Library is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and tech savvy professional to support and enhance how users discover, access, and engage with library collections and services. This position primarily oversees the administration, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-based library systems and technology; supports and enhances access and discovery; and develops analytics and reporting to inform and support user-centered library services, including research impact. The ideal candidate will have expertise or a strong interest in emerging technology, analytical tools, and user experience who will approach their duties with a proactive and innovative curiosity.
