You’ll work with skilled people wo care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams’ success. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role </strong></p> <p> </p> <div> <p>We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Surface Mining Maintenance team at the Tropicana Gold Project, operating on an 8/6 roster. This role is responsible for coordinating logistical requirements and resource allocation to support the effective execution of weekly mobile maintenance plans.</p> </div> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Creation and development of weekly and fortnightly maintenance schedules for mobile mining equipment</li> <li>Ensuring weekly and fortnightly maintenance schedules are communicated and distributed to internal stakeholders</li> <li>Maintaining and updating records of maintenance costs, plant history and task changes within the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)</li> <li>Organising external service providers as required</li> <li>Creation of component bill of material lists</li> <li>Providing site support for maintenance and KPI reporting, such as resource utilisation and material spend</li> <li>Assisting with the generation of long-term budget forecasts and strategy </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience with a varied range of mining equipment & heavy plant maintenance exposure</li> <li>Relevant trade qualification (desired) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role </li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of SAP (S4 HANA) desired.</li> <li>Experience with MS Office, including MS Project & Gantt Chart creation</li> <li>Experience working to KPIs such as schedule compliance and maintenance spend.</li> <li>Drive a safety-first workplace culture, which promotes a zero-harm work environment </li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder skills </li> <li>Practical problem-solving and attention to detail </li> <li>Commitment to teamwork and delivery of high-quality outcomes </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Details</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Location: Tropicana, WA </li> <li>Roster: 8/6 roster</li> <li>Competitive benefits package including: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Paid Parental Leave for primary carers </li> <li>Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries) </li> <li>Novated leases </li> <li>Comprehensive wellbeing program </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Macmahon?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Work with people who know their stuff and back each other, within a respectful and genuine culture.
